I wish I had the balls to grate my boss into fine human shredding today for being a manipulative B... she has this, compulsion to throw people off their footing whenever they tend to improve professionally so that it will appear that she's always the most intelligent person in the whoooooooole friggin universe. Why... why do you have to make an employee cry because she refused to ride with you?! Then she gives unprofessionalism a whole new meaning: ignore the already-miserable female employee when she desperately needs a supervisory approval so that her career will turn into ashes for oh... hell I dunno... malpractice?! God... I hate Doctors who think they're Gods! They just have to have that something to control don't they?! I would have understood if this doctor was a he, coz it would have been that egocentric, chauvinistic attitude most men have... but nooooooooo this is one weak, bia..... that just needs to prey on people with weak resolve and cannot by any means, retaliate because they cannot afford to lose their jobs.... If that was me I would have taken a swing at her by now. I hate the feeling when someone's taking it too personal and doesn't set it aside when the time comes to be professional. For Pete's sake, she took an oath to be one! Aaarggh... I just really lost it today. If this was me on her pan, I would have survived the day without completely losing it. But to see a friend go through that misery while trying to smile for the betterment of the public we serve is just plain murder to me...
and I am waaayyy beyond angry at this moment...... #censored#

Wow there's a part 2 to all this.. I couldn't believe it... I come in to work today and I get my peer evaluation status in which the supervisor's (our boss) eval has the greatest weight. For expressing disdain in the things she unnecessarily do to me and my fellow employees, I was given a warning to improve my "peer interaction" and "professionalism."... well hell, I didn't know that I'd have to suck up to people to move up the ladder... I despise office politics and never thought that I would have to deal with it in a department where I am surrounded by friends. I'm a very reserved person when it comes to volatile issues, but this is really sending to the brink of implosion enough to warrant my resignation from this department. I realized that my trustworthy friends just kiss ass, and bend over and take it when it comes to their jobs. NO SENSE OF HONOR...

Wow Deon! Well lesson number one: Politics are ALWAYS a part of every working environment.. it totally sucks but it is something you gotta live with if plan on going anywhere in life... Other than that I totally empathize... I was actually fired from my favorite job because the office manager liked to take out his personal stresses out on me in a very verbally abusive manner and I hit the breaking point and basically told him to grow the up and shove it up his cause I didn't do anything to deserve being spoken to in that manner. Geez I totally hate the high and mighty out there.. they need to learn to get off their high horse and stop being such jerks!

I wish I could handle it any other way, but I suppose this is one of those pet peeves I can't let go. Like House giving a horrible speech for Vogler just cause he it's hot him if he does the right thing, despite what is at stake. There's always been bad blood between her and I but I didn't know that it will get THIS personal. I didn't know it will even stir issues of professionalism just because I was not "friendly" to her. I don't think the two things are the same. She's my colleague not my friend. That sounds too much like Foreman. I gotta stop watching that show too much. I would understand if I have made a mistake that warrants my evaluation to plummet two levels below the standard line. But this... this!!... this is unacceptable because I have always been a professional and I never brought my personal problems to the working table. She's just soooooooo annoyingly childish for a 30 something, an attention whore and has a severe case of delusion of grandeur.
This morning, I almost threw it at her again because of a comment that she was not informed about what I was currently doing. Well I didn't know she needed lessons in basic anatomy?! She's a doctor fer cryin out loud, am I suppose to tell her everything I do including training and lectures? Geez....
I suppose I shouldn't whine... this is starting to sound too childish on my side as well. I suppose her attitude problem just finally wore me out and I didn't wanna vent it on any living thing or person. Though I wish I can hire a ninja at this point....

I have been trying to find a funny side to this, and try to make it something to make you giggle inside (At least a smidge) But I don't know how yet...I have had a boss that would pull unbelievable crap, She would give me a very low rating, and yet she would give her 2 fattest and laziest workers the raises and high ratings... (Even though it was me doing their jobs as well. But I do believe in Karma, not just the nifty one to the left either.. It will come back to you. My old manager ended up being fired cause she "slept" with the second level manager... in her office.... on her desk! LMAO! So I knew she would get payback in some way. There you go, Just think of this one... It will come back and bite her, figuratively or maybe even literally!

Deon you seriously might want to think about writing HER supervisor a formal letter of complaint rationally laying out her disturbing and total unprofessional behavior and that not only are you concerned by it but that you can't believe you were given a bad report just because of a personal problem with her due to you questioning her actions. The worst that can happen is that she hates you more which doesn't seem to matter at this point... But best case scenario she will see some repercussions to her actions.

Or you can nuke her house and then take over the position since you would be a much better boss.

lol...
You could just confront her with your problems with her if all else fails. Maybe she doesn't realize what she is doing and try to fix it on her own.... but then again she could just be a bi*** and start being more harsh towards you..

Thanks guys. I like Area's suggestion a lot, but where can I buy cheap warheads nowadays? Oh the days of arms dealing bazarres... Well, honestly I tried doing what you suggested griff, I found out that she can be a two-faced liar. She's all smiley and friendly and shows you her "sincere" side in accepting a truce... with an implied, certain condition... I HAVE TO SAY I AM SORRY. Gawd... for what?! Wolfe, I tried writing my boss... which is another boss... and her boss... if that made sense... but although I am still giving him the benefit of the doubt, it looks like he listens more to the lies that my b**** boss is selling him, than to the actual condition of his employees. I really don't wanna leave this job because A: the pay is better (almost 2x the last), B: most of my almamater friends are here and C: it's the closest to my house. But I suppose I'll endure a paycut, new anxious friends and a long drive than have to deal with the drama in here all day. Then of course there is D: i have unlimited access to the net when I am at work so I get to post here more often at this point in my life.... I just wish I was Xavier...

Well Deon I failed in finding you nuclear weapons to buy online. I even looked at eBay with no luck. I was hoping there would have been a blackmarket.com or something like that, but nothing. Not even a site I made up called rustyrussiannukes proved to be real, but maybe I will make it someday. Anyway there are still some options. The first is that Russia is selling cheap nuclear power plant kits. www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16288771/site/newsweek/You could buy one of those and build it across the street from her house and then set the power output dial to Chernobyl and wait for all things to take care of themselves. Or if that costs to much you could simply just buy the equivalent amount of tons of TNT for a small tactical nuke to just take care of her house. Use duct tape to stick all that TNT together and drop it on her house from a helicopter.
