Hey guys,
I have just picked up a book on this subject and was wondering if anyone has tried it out. My Mom found one of the original reprints from 1948 for Zone Therapy and tried it out on my Dad. He could tell immediately that she was hitting some interesting reflex points. I will post some more here as I go through the book and try some treatments myself.

Both are wonderful. Are you using them in combination? Reflexology, accupressure and accupuncture all work along the same lines as zone therapy. Did a little experiment on my own once on color therapy. Was quite interesting what different colors can do to people's energy fields... not to mention moods. Most people unconsciously dress in colors that fit their mood and personality. Energy work, such as Reiki, can greatly enhance the benefits of reflexology, accupressure, massage and other body manipulations such as that. If I remember correctly, zone therapy places particular emphasis on the hands and feet, as does reflexology.

OK. I will have to look into Reiki as well. From what I understand reflexology is a more specific branch of the zone therapy approach. I am just starting my research into the color therapy. It's better than I expected so far. Their understanding that colors and other energy patterns are vibrations is another piece of the puzzle I work on.
And yes I hear reiki helps bring your HP's back faster....hehehe. I want to do it for real!

If you want, I can explain Reiki a little more to you, or you can research it yourself. As a Reiki master, I have heard of people using it to start their car when the battery went down and many other things.

My apologies for not being able to get back to this thread. Very busy lately. I also apologize in advance if my explanations are too simplistic. I am used to dealing with people who know absolutely nothing about energy fields, auras, chakras, etc.
Reiki practitioners draw energy of a certain vibrational level through them (basically channeling the energy.. they use none of their own) to another person. The energy is directed to the chakras (energy centers) to help clear and balance them. Any "negative" energy is drawn from the person's energy field and swept away to be transformed. Most sessions last about 45 mins. to an hour depending on how much energy the person needs. Most people feel warmth or tingling sensations and may be quite light-headed after a session. I have had people pull so much energy that my hands feel like they're on fire. It is not necessary for a Reiki practitioner to actually put their hands on the body. If you could see auras, you would see a dramatic change in their energy fields after a session. Got to go back to work. Will try to continue later.
OK. Reiki practitioners go through a series of "attunements" performed by a Reiki master. Certain symbols are used to direct the energy in different ways. These symbols become a part of the practitioner's energy field. The practioners are taught about chakras, auras, the different energy fields, etc. There are actually several different forms of Reiki that have been developed over the years. Some use chanting, colors, stones, drumming, etc. to enhance the healing energy. It works on many levels... physical, mental, emotional. In fact, Reiki sessions can be performed long distance.
