We have 2 different smiley functions on the forum....
The first is the "in post" smilies which you see to the left of the message box when you are writing a post.... super simple just click on the smiley that you want inserted into your post.
The second smiley function is the link below the in post smilies which says "Click to view more". This will show a pop-up window with a very large list of smilies... Just click on the smiley you want and a code that looks like this
There are also two ways of manually typing the code for the smiley you want to use...
For the in post smilies they are:
The second method that is used for the "Click to view more" smilies required you to know the file name of the image you want. For instance if you want to add the smiley you must type:
NOTE: I am always looking for really cool smilies.... so if anyone comes across a cool smiley that they think should be added to our forum just send me a URL for it's location.

Note that there must be a space before and after the first and last : symbol. If the spaces are not there the image won't appear, you'll just continue to see the code. This also means that when you try to put two smilies side by side there must be two spaces between the image codes so that you still have the one space after the first and the one space before the second. I am terribly sorry if this is confusing...NOTE: I am always looking for really cool smilies.... so if anyone comes across a cool smiley that they think should be added to our forum just send me a URL for it's location.
