Here are some of the little things that people do that can aggravate and disgust me so badly that I want to completely give up on the human race. Most things are small, but when you put them all together and add the fact that they do them over and over and over.... Well, you get the point.
1. C'mon people. How much intelligence does it take to work a paper towel dispenser..... especially when the instructions are right in front of your face. Push button, pull lever. Hard, huh?
2. If your butt is too big to fit on a toilet seat without leaving streaks of s*** on the back of it... stay home, sit a little forward or something. Oh, and how in the world does someone get it on the front of the seat? Not to mention the toilet tank, walls, etc.
3. Do not, I repeat, do not throw toilet paper with your s*** on it on the floor!
4. Please, if you chew tobacco don't spit in water fountains, all over trash cans, all over toilets, in sinks or on the floor!
5. At least try to aim when peeing in a toilet. I know it's a very difficult thing to do and there are no targets painted in the bowl, but try anyway.
6. Do not put sticky candy or gum in ash trays.
7. It does not an entire roll of toilet paper to wipe your butt.
8. Wash your hands after you use the restroom!
9. Do not do the same thing over and over and over and expect different results... then whine when it doesn't work..... over and over and over.
10. If you cut yourself or if you are in public and take off a bandaid, do not stick the bandaid to first available surface you find. Throw it away!!!!
OK, enough whining for now. Will delete this thread eventually and when I'm through adding to it. Feel free to add your own if you like. You can always add something like "People who whine about the little aggravating things that other people do." #lmao#

I have wanted to become a hermit not because of other people but life in general. I think it would be so fun to just one day wake up and say screw all this crap like going to work, taxes, worries, etc. You know, just go into a mountain somewhere with an ax and some rope and just build a little cabin, hunt for food, and just basically live off the land. Without all the trivial worries that exist in normal life you could devote all thought to like philosophy or something that would interest you to make yourself a better person overall.
If I had to choose something people do I would have to say it is just in general how it is getting more and more difficult to be able to hold an intelligent conversation with people now.

Mine would be the lack of consideration people have for others in general. Much along the lines of Hals  If you and someone else get to a door at the same time, hold it for the other, Don't just let it slam in their face. If my car breaks down and I knock on a door for help, Don't shut off the outside lights so I fall over your stupid bathtub garden, trying to find someone else for help!! ok done for now |

Are those instances from experience Ari? If so it seems rather silly on part of the person to shut their lights off since you have obviously already seen them on, so if they are trying to hide then they should just not move. If the situation was one where it was somebody they knew who was coming by they could always say they fell asleep, went to the bathroom or something and have it be believable, but if they shut the lights off then they would know somebody was definatly home and there. Also bathtubs are cool for putting things in and I think it would be more of a running into them then tripping over them.

Yup, happened middle of winter in the middle of nowhere when the tire rod end snapped and we were put off the road. Gregory was less than a month old too. We were fine. I went to the house we broke down in from of and Greg stayed with the baby. I knocked on the door, I saw the door curtain move, than the lights both inside and outside went out. Old lady too scared to help. I went to her neighbors and they were happy to let me use the phone, I was sure to tell them about it and they promised to let her know her screw up. I am not an intimidating person, I'm not, My attitude can get the best of me. But its not like I showed up on her doorstep dressed like GWAR LOL A long haired cute thing like me scary to an old lady? I guess that shows too what the world has come too. If we are all home and someone knocks on the door needing help, (And its happened many times) We always do it one way or another, If we arent comfy letting them in, we bring the phone out to them. Ive watched several babies and children until there tow or ride comes. Thats just us.  I know I shouldn't expect others to do this.. but Darn it It would be nice to pay it forward a bit... |

Just had a new one to add from today... We stopped into the local gas station/bottle redemption. We were trying to leave and had a large group of teens/preteens unloading cars and trucks as well as standing right behind our car.. not moving but chatting. I had to get out of the car, stand behind it and tell them to move. They totally ignored me until I called to my mom to simply start inching back. Apparently WE were in THEIR way... Another car which I'm guessing was apart of the group actually pulled up behind AS she was backing up and stopped within a foot of me... So I had to keep waving the idiot to back up again until we could leave... It was simply amazing to see so many people totally oblivious to others in a public parking lot... Unbelievable.

That reminds me of the annoying skater punk kids that live all around me. They are always out on the skate boards in the middle of the street even though it is prohibited to do it in my mobile home complex, but the rules are not enforced, well I was backing out of my driveway on my way to school to get books for the next semester and apparantly almost hit one of the kids since I guess they dont realize a truck is bigger then they are. I did not even know it had happened until I got back and they were all sitting under a tree in their yard and they kept asking me retarted questions like if I am on drugs. They said they were going to do the normal stuff that ignorant kids dont understand, like sue me and make me get tested for drugs and I said I would gladly do it so long as they had it done too and that made them shutup. I dont think they realized that I have heard them talking about getting high and now I am just waiting to see them do it so I can get the police over to haul the lot of them away. I really wish I could run them over, but silly laws prevent that, so now I am thinking of digging tunnels under the road there they like to go and then pulling my supports out when they are skating so they fall into the hole and are never heard from again.

Oh I don't blame you there, I have know several though who were courteous of others but they are so far and few between. Its the"You cant hit Me" attitude, They should be thinking, "Yes They can hit me and will, if I don't get my butt outta the road.." We have some kids down the street who are city kids and they ride there bikes right in front of our car. We come to a stop and wait till they notice and move to the side. But I will give them some credit, When they saw we were sitting there, they did look sorry then hurried out of the way. I am surprised they don't look first to see if anyone is coming. Heck I grew up in a town of at the most 10 houses, no street lights, on dirt roads and I learned more road rules than the kids who live in Montpelier. Sounds like the one you hit may learn that he Can get hit and it may motivate him to Not get hit in the future |

I was stuck in the thought of close enough, and it jumped from there. Glad you didn't!, ah the troubles there. ;D
Oh this brought to mind something that keeps happening to me, even last year, Old people back their stinkin cars into me.. 3 times! Why can't they look behind them ? Or just stay home.. Sorry but I am one that is all for taking the licenses away. After three cars with major and minor damages... Take em all away! Never mind the testosteroned 40 something males who just hit reverse.. had 2 of those as well. People just like to back into me... I'm actually nervous about driving the Jaguar (Even though its an old beater that only cost us 250$) Hubby keeps telling me its alright, if they do they can buy us a New one! LOL

Well there you go then. Make a party out of it. Have people come over and pay like 5 bucks to hit it with a sledge hammer a few times and then for the grand finale you fill it with gas, start a fire in it and push it over.
