the wind? or does that touch the twigs? PS: i know this maybe isn't the place to say it but your previous riddle has another logic solution, if the rope is 15 feet then the horse can walk in a circle with a diameter of 30 feet so the rope could be tied to smth else and still it would be possible to walk to the barrel 25 feet away, i just wanted to give u my solution and i think that topic is locked so i'm sry i'm now making this topic a little less clear.

it's not the wind, as it does touch the twig.
that was the answer I came up with in the first place, but the actual answer to the riddle was what Hal said. I'm sure in another version of the riddle that may be a valid solution though

hmm, ok then on both answers, I haven't got a new idea yet though a wood elf should be able to do that

lol, I just thought of something, in Belgium some artist tried demolishing a house by sound waves and he nearly did it, if his equipment hadn't exploded it would have been completely destroyed, now he only managed to damage it a little but it was still standing anyway, the point was, though I won't argue about the answer to the riddle, Alucard has won fairly, sound can touch the twigs, all depending on point of view
