It is almost impossible to get 6 points for the true fighter quest as a vampire but very easy to get 4. There may be a way to actually to get 6 (or more!) out of this method, but I haven't played with it enough.
It is pretty well established that killing the guardians at the same time is the only way to get your multiples points. The quest is completed at the death of the last guardian, at which time you are awarded bonus points based on the number of guardians who die at the same moment. Here is the secret for the vampire: she can complete the quest more than once. How you ask? Well, I'll tell you. If a guardian is slain by your army of awakened dead, it counts as a death for purposes of the initial quest. If a guardian is converted, same answer. When you kill the last guardian, you get your 2/2 points. Quest is cleared.
Ah, but the sun rises after every night. And when your army goes "poof," you get credit for killing a converted "guardian" again. It is pretty easy to get 2/2 + 2/2 this way. I tried to convert all of the guardians, but that didn't seem to work. But I'm sure if you tinker enough, you may even be able to get 4/4 + 2/2 or even better permutations.
One caution: if your army of the dead kills the last initial guardian, you get 0 bonus points.
