Because I have a Laser Disc player with 115 movies and you do not. Anybody who does not think it is uber awesome to have record sized discs that look like a CD needs to be admitted at once.

AREA... why? What possessed you to purchase 115 movies for a laser disc player?

Well because that is how I am, you know that. I just love to roll around with baby oil and the discs of normal things like Blu-Rays or DVD, so imagine how much fun there is to be had with much larger discs. Now I know that technically a record would do the same, but they are not shiny, and their holes are much too small.....well erm, you know, too small for trying to throw a quarter through.
But also because I always wanted one before things like DVD came out, but they were too expensive. Now they are super cheap. Like the player itself I got to choose 15 or so movies with it, and it was only like 100 for it. Then I got two big lots of mixed movies for 50 each. If I want a movie they tend to only be 1-3 dollars each, and they have some good older ones on there. Also retro things are cool, even if just for the shock value.

Area;
Well, these are usually referred to as "Brace & Bit" : The Brace is the hand-operated drill shaped like Omega, and the bit is the old twist drills for wood, which frequently came in a set (I have none). Guess they could be likened to a prehistoric version of a Makita (which I DO have. No girl should be without one!)...Ŋє۱Єlєοѕ

Ok, I will admit it, I am lost here, I have no idea what the connection is between the huge disc's and the tool.

Area; Well, you professed to like retro things and my brain sez (often working not unlike another part of my anatomy ) " Laserdisc is to DVD as Brace&Bit is to Makita." ...Ŋє۱Єlєοѕ

Excellent, now that is cleared up, but now I have another thing to ponder on.
What is this part of your anatomy that does not work? Some I can imagine as being amusing for onlookers, such as if your epidermis failed, but others would be less fun, such as your colon.
