Does anybody know if I can train my horse to sit still? I loathe how it follows me around when I am not using it. I want to kill it, or sell it, or something to make it quit bothering me when I am wanting to take a screen shot and it always gets in the way.

Ok cool, I had bought one and went to another merchant wanting to sell it but there was no option to, so I thought I just could not sell it, so I will have to try another one, but I should probably wait until I get a special mount since I do use the horse from time to time.

Yup, my Temple Guardian uses a horse too... but only in town, to get to places faster. The inability to use CAs during a fight sucks. I tried a mad-dash towards the main quest (and mount quest), but had to run back to town. Level 12 isn't quite enough for all those critters on the road, especially those undeads.

Something I've found about mounts: 1) You character must get on the mount from its right side. If it's blocked, you cannot get on. You can get down always though. 2) Unlike many claimed, whistling does work - it's just that mounts don't come as close to you as before. Sometimes they can be outside your minimap radar. 3) The mount doesn't consider pathing when you whistle. It only cares about distance. So it could be directly next to you, but you'll have to walk around a long way to get to it, due to obstacles on the ground. I stayed up late so I can get my special mount. It's 2 am now... Edit: After getting both mounts, I started to get the problem where whistling is not working. I tested and found more facts: 1. It seems you have to select an "active" mount. Highlight the one you want to use in your inventory's mount tab. That mount shall follow you around. 2. When you load a save, both of your mounts will appear and the obelisk, and they will get into each other's way. If they are stuck like this, whistling won't work. You will have to manually move them away before you can call them to you. 3. You can only sell your active mount, and special mounts cannot be sold. That's why people found the Sell button missing in stables. 4. Temple Guardian gets on/off the bike from the left side.
