Well then, lets just go through them 1 by 1....
Weapon Lore: no point, you'll never have a weapon out. Concentration: Only if you use combat jump a lot.................. Sword Lore: also pointless, unless you have a weapon that has a lot of +EB and requires sword lore... LHW: same as sword lore Dual: really no point here.... Trading: you said you didn't need, so no Ranged: same as sword lore, but less applicable than sword lore.....
So.... you're screwed into picking between pointless and even more pointless. I'd suggest trading only to get slightly more money when you sell items.... but even then it wouldn't give you very much. Other than that, maybe conc?

I agree with Griff. Trading would be my choice, in your place.
You may want to consider riding as well. It gets you better speed and armour when mounted, although I don't know if you can fire energy bolts while on the horse (I know you can't cast it on the horse).
Since energy bolts takes the place of your weapon, it may be possible (I've never tried it, but you could just grab a basic horse and see what happens). If you can fire while on the horse, you could just dismount whenever you need to re-cast, then re-mount.

Ha, I missed riding. I must have just skipped over it while looking at your post. I'm not sure, but I don't think that works. I guess it's always worth a try though...

it would be tedious to pick riding for a bolt sera, get off, cast, get on, blast, rinse, and repeat. But like Zero I am not entirely sure if you can fire while on the horse. Usually, I cast RBoL and run around my enemies to shred them. Nevertheless, I will still recommend it. If you're built on casting fast and dishing out a lot of those pokemon wrist blasters, then riding is just insurance, that given the opportunity, you can ride like the wind if the situation warrants an escape to the sunset. Riding is staple for all my casters, they need it because the build rarely makes it out alive without the extra HP of the horse in dire situations. It's sad to lose a horse, but it's sadder to lose an HC character.
