Are you playing single player or online? If you are playing single player you get to the pirate island while you are doing the underworld main quests. If you are playing online you just need to go to the tower portals and take the portal with a big volcano as a door, hehe.
And you play music with a flute.:tease:
Sorry, bad joke, I'm full of them, hehe. The flute is technically useless, only meant to be annoying eye candy or something I guess, just sell it or drop it.
