Nitie; You have, in absentia, been my heroine and saviour, thru’ both Sacred and Sacred UnderWorld. Your website is beautiful to the eye, functional, and elegant. Kudos! Also luv the imagination, postings, and Avatars of gogo, Ari (especially Ari! Would that my Avatar were so… So! [GreenWithEnvy.JPG]), Llama8, griffman, et al. My 116lvl Sera is now in Heroes’ Cave, underway to Shaddur’s Tower on final quest. I have bested 5 of 15. Is the damage worth the effort? None have dropped anything extraordinary as yet. Should I just skip the pummeling – Ye, Gods and Goddesses, another fiend with 200,000 health points!! – bind up my wounds, and hie off to Shaddur? Help me, Obi Wan! You’re my only hope! And may whoever blesses you, bless you in a mighty way! Nè 'Eleos

To be truthful no they aren't really worth much hehe. They are a ton of fun to do just so you can enjoy beating up the Official Sacred Forum mods. For instance shortly after the newest patch updated the hero cave to the International mods I had just finished that section when I ran into DaGirl/Carolyn Hacker on a messenger and being able to say "hey I just finished beating the crud out of you" was quite humorous hehe. But they in fact don't ever drop much of anything good and don't have the greatest experience either. So if you are having a tough time just skip them and eventually your character will get strong enough that you might want to go back just for fun.

Nitie; Oh, Ratbyte! I was afraid of that ...I've been lusting/pining after the final ring for both Aarnum's Blade and Orla's Jolt, as well as the helmet as the final piece of the Dream Netting set. Had hoped the cave heroes would drop some uniques (sigh.wav) as my reward for conspicuous exsanguination! Forgive me if I drift too far from this thread: The 4 glyphs to open the gate into the Vale of Tears - I have gotten one from Ceriri, another after passing Ceriri's portal from the Sakkara demon, a third on Pirate Isle (Brother in Need Quest??). Am I on the right track? Do I get the fourth on another of the Pirate Isles or have I missed it in The Gorge? Is there an indication in the log book or elsewhere marking the possesion of all 4 glyphs?...Nè 'Eleos

Just follow the main quest line and you will be fine... you cannot go further with the main quests without getting each required part of the glyph at the right time. So no worries you are safe
