According to Mario Kroll (and he would know) in the Gamertag Radio interview the release dates are:
PC Version: Sept. 30, 2008
XBOX 360 & Playstation 3: "Somewhere around the first week of November (2008)."
These are the worldwide release dates, which means that the game will be released within a couple of days of the above dates in EVERY country. Yay!! This time us Americans don't have to wait much longer than the Europeans to get our copy!!
