After much research, I finally understand. I will not be sharing this information, because it sort of ruins the song.

I was always surprised the dance didnt take off as well as believed it would! I mean WOW! those arm movements... Theres just nothing hotter!

I fell in love with the song when they played it in Biodome as a "weapon" to annoy the people out, good times.
