Just curious if anybody has gone to see one of the exhibits? I went and saw number 3 a few months ago and it was really cool, so if it comes to anybodies town I would recommend going.

It is an exhibit of mainly dead humans, and some animals. What they do is inject a kind of plastic into the bodies so that they can be put into poses. They also tend to cut the bodies up a bunch so you can see how all the muscles would look. It may sound kind of gross but it is really fascinating. The things I found the most interesting was they would inject some kind of fluid into say a brain, or a hand. Well this fluid would go into all of the veins, right down to the smallest capillaries and then harden. They would then use some compound that would eat away all the skin and bone, leaving just the veins. Now you have something that you can easily recognize, but it looks much different. Here is the link to the offical site.. www.bodyworlds.com/en.html

The process is probably the most morbid part. All of the bodies are donated by people who wanted to be when they died, and I think they get to choose what pose they want too. So say somebody who loved to play a sport would be forever put into a pose doing that.
