There're many information hidden in the forums... like how to get out of the Dryad Forest (Wolfe made some nice pictures), but that's not included in the site. Also would you consider collaborating with Sacred Wiki? They already have a lot of info in a very accessible format.

I am not sure exactly what a map like that would look like, plus I very rarely hear of anyone having problems finding any city but Alkazaba noc Draco which I have included directions to that one in the quest section.
That is a very good suggestion kcwong! I keep meaning to figure a place for that stuff and yet I keep forgetting. I think mostly because I haven't a clue where to put that info. on the site, it doesn't seem to really fit in any of the sections....
I've actually thought of collaborating with them, but have decided against it. The reason being is that I LOVE Wolfe's Lair and have put over two years of work into it (when I say work I mean I often spent at least 10 hrs a day working on it for a long long time). So I won't shut it down for anything, but if I help the wiki team by copying everything off my site there really won't be a purpose for it any longer....

ouch, been missing a few days, anyway i know knuckles been working a great deal about the formuals at sacred wiki. the work i done at sacred wiki isnt very much but write ups about skills, and what skills are good for and actuly some photoshopping i think 1 or 2 of my pics r still in use oh wow that went offtopic and turned into brag. right... at wiki anyone can upload stuff witch gives it much more resources of information so it would be hard to keep up about knowledge about mods and stuff like that, but as it here now its focused pretty much on quests. so its always when someone ask about a quest its replied ''look on wolfes lair'' rather quick. so what we could do is to focus on something particular.. walktroughts and stuff like that.. hope that makes sense

Wolfe; Tx for altering the boards so that it starts/stays at the first message (and thanks to korialstraz for suggesting it! ). With my slow phone line loading the text/images, it made the board jump all over like CRAAAZEEEE! How about another blue tab at the top of each forum page with "Jump To..." and a dropdown menu for speedy sailing around the boards (maybe as a replacement for the "Home" tab)? ....Pleeeez? Great database of unique rings. Can you expand it to include the special amulets?...Ŋє۱Єlєοѕ (Luv the new Sig, NW. She has that Renee Zellweger glare - "Touch me and I'll hurt you" - from Cold Mountain - there, that's stated MUCH better!)

Well there is the jump to page # just beneath the mini-profile on each post. Unfortunately though I can't just do anything and everything I may want to do with the forum. I can do a lot as there are 100's of codes out there to add things, but they are limited to a certain degree. Also the more coding you have the slower the load times and the more glitches you'll encounter with one code interfering with another. They are planning a new huge update to the forums though which is going to add tons of AWESOME new features. But don't let that hold you back from asking about different features because it's always possible that I could find a code somewhere for it or have one made. The only unique amulets are character specific so you need to look in there Thanks! I'm trying all kinds of new graphic effects lately

I tried to avoid replying in this thread, but I felt it was more important to let Wolfe know that her site has her own feel to it. If she collaborates with Sacred Wiki, it would be a loss of the uniqueness that makes her site what it is. Now she could try doing collaboration on doing a Sacred super map, but that's more of a Wiki project and it may ruin the feel of the site. Let Wolfe make her own decisions and enjoy the process. I suspect there may be quite some collaboration when Sacred 2 arrives.

Wolfe; Reason I asked about the "Jump To..." tab, is that I get a "Forum Jump..." with a dropdown menu for just an instant each time I reload a page(if I scroll down rapidly to the bottom right of the page), then it vanishes Does that happen with you or anybody else? So I tho't that moving it to a tab at the top of the page would be handy and mayhap prevent it from disappearing. re the ring thing: I had glanced myopically at Anika's Shades - a non-character specific item (which looks like an amulet, so just leave me alone ;D) - in my cache and mistaken it for Lothgar's (??) amulet, which is a Glad device that Raepre is wearing on her leggings. I s'pose I could have looked on the Lair for the amulets and found them to be character specific, but it's more fun and efficient to consult the Mistress of Sarcasm, Oracle of the Lair, and Fontess (is that a neologism?) of All Wisdom ...Ŋє۱Єlєοѕ

LOL!! Oh I see what you mean.... well the default setup is that you get the link "tree" at just the top each page and a forum "jump" list at the bottom. But I personally much prefer the "tree" so used a code to replace the "jump" with the "tree", which is why you see it for a second until the code loads. If everyone wants the "jump" though I can see if I can find a code that will do both.

The one thing I would LIKE to see added to the Lair (but realize it would probably be an absolute nightmare to put together) would be for the item pages for set items and unique items to list the stats for all levels of the items (but not screenshots, just a screenshot of the highest one like the pages are now is fine). Just a table in the page for each item listing item levels and the stats so you can see what the next available level of the item is and what the stats are.

I agree with you that that would be an amazing thing to have. But not only would it be a nightmare to put together I am not sure it is even POSSIBLE to do. The reason is that the stats not only raise in level (based off your character's level) but they also raise based on the games difficulty level that you found the item in. There may even be additional variables that I am not aware of.... So the only way possible that I see of getting a complete an accurate list of all the possibilities is to: 1. Get the algorithm used in the game coding from Ascaron. 2. Either have a computer program that can convert the algorithm to show all the possibilities or be a mathematician so you can calculate it yourself. I might be totally off the mark, as I am not a programmer and am by no means a very technical person. But from my limited understanding of how the items are generated I believe I am correct

From a quick look at my stuff, it appears that set items (and maybe uniques as well) have set levels/stats. I think I'll make a list up as I sort stuff out and see for sure. (Need to clean up my mule chars...don't really need like 5 identical copies of a particular set armor or some such..)

Ok, I've payed a bit more attention as I've played recently and moved stuff between mules. And it seems that in most cases, set items have specific levels and stats at them. Though I did find one set ring that was different than the other copies of it...(so I'm not totally sure still, but that one seemed to be the exception).

Odd, IIRC I seemed to find a whole variety of slightly different stats when I played....
