Is is possible to move a character from one server to another? I know you said you had people on a few different, but can they be moved? If not then which server is it you play on since I figure I will just use that one? I know you had said Eldorado before, but not sure if you are still there. I might start playing it tonight, or sometime soon since I have some freetime, but I also want to play through Neverwinter Nights 2 again with a different character, so I am currently trying to decide on what to do.

I still play on eldorado. You can't move a character from server to server, and you can only create 3 characters per account per server. I have a level 17, 11, 10, 6, and 5 on there. I'm holding off on the 2 lower levels for friends that are coming over, and I'm trying to keep the other guys close enough together so that I have a choice in what type of guy to play with. As of right now, I don't know TOO much about the game. My highest level guy is an archer.. but I want to redo her because of guides I have been reading. I would suggest looking at the forum on www.silkroadonline.net and looking at sro.mmosite.com/database/skills/fire.shtml . That is a site that is similar to wolfe's lair, but not as complete, and no where near as good... but it offers some information, many things that I didn't know when I first started. Just in case you start and don't get a hold of me, DO NOT USE YOUR SKILL POINTS. Wait until level 5, and then decide what you want to do with them. It makes a HUGE difference. When I was level 5 with my first guy I had gotten 8 skill points. When I was level 5 with the guy I just started I ended up with 25. The closer your masteries (mlvl) are to your characters level (clvl) the less skill experience (spx) you get. The closer your mlvl is to your clvl the more experience you get, but in the long run, spx is worth more than leveling quickly. SOS is seal of star, it is equivalent to a rare or yellow item in sacred. You will see a lot of people advertising that they WTB (want to buy) or WTS (want to sell) these items. You'll get the hang of it... Those are the most common acronyms you'll find on it. Other than that... there isn't very much talking going on. It's an international game, and more people play than sacred, so you find many more languages.

My wife still plays it some, I think she has like 3 characters now. I decided I would not play it due to the fact that people can kill you whenever they want and I am strongly opposed to playing a game that people can do that. It seems like atleast twice a day I hear my wife getting mad because some thief randomly decided to kill her.

wow.. I've never been killed. What level is she?.. ah she must be over 20 if she thinks it was a thief. Is she a trader?

It happened to her all the time when she was lower levels, seems to be a little less now that she is over 20. I think she is trying the hunter one so she can kill the thiefs though.
