I am soooo not a morning person. I wake up with a half-baked smile. Nothing that my wife tells me registers. And I bring out the BB gun to shoot my neighbor in the ass when I see him shaving his butt. Or waxing it.
This morning I took one step out with the coffee mug and the damn bird dumps crap exatly in the cup. Grrrrrreat. Went to get a hair cut in the morning which I normally do in the afteroon. I said take a little off the side and I wake up with no sides. Then the 2 year old was holding something like a raisin. I told him "no, no raisins, that's for later, that's your desert" somehow he understood but was still giving me the black rounded thing. Then when I picked it from his hands that I realized he wasn't wearing a diaper, he's got a grin on his face, and my sister was yelling "can you change him please? I can smell the S**t from here"
Oh god... what was I holding... which I almost ate myself....

WOW! That's great, Wolfe! Do you have trouble sleeping often? The reason I ask is because I do. Have some physical problems that make it difficult sometimes and thought maybe you did, too. If so, thought we could compare notes and maybe help each other out.

Some of it is that Alucard has gotten me addicted to coffee... I hardly drank the stuff before him....
But mostly... I have a torn labrum in both my hip joints... I have had this problem since I was 6 yrs old and they only just this year thought to give me the MRI that it shows up on !! Argh! Doctors suck #voodoo# So anyway I go for a surgery consultation in May... I had to wait 6 months to get in to see them from the time I made the appointment!! So yeah that is why I am in a lot of pain.... it wakes me up a lot or I just can't get comfortable to be able to sleep... that is also why I said "when I can work again". I can't work till I get the surgery since my last job was soo physical (lifting heavy boxes and stuff) that it made the problem worse.

I am sooo sorry, Wolfe. NOONE should have to put up with pain like that... NOONE. Actually, I started drinking more coffee when the pain hit. Don't know if it somehow helps me deal with it or not. I do know that's how I got started playing games. Every doctor I've ever been to sucked, too. Have Fibromyalgia Syndrome and had a lumbar fusion three years ago. Constant, never-ending pain, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It just gets worse at times. The doctors all treat me like I'm either a drug addict (NOT) or just a stupid blonde (which is true sometimes, partly because it's hard to think past the pain). One told me to "learn to meditate" and laughed. Another called me Mama's girl. Mom says that is something I definately am NOT. Jerks. Being in pain 24/7 does strange things to your head. Anyway, I wish you all the best and good luck if you have surgery. #goodluck# Hm, just thought, could the pain be part of the reason we have trouble being silly and are maybe a little too serious? Is difficult to laugh past the pain sometimes. -+-Win32##Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0##1024 × 768##1-+-
