I'm not sure to what to compare it to. It's a bit sweet to say it's citrus like. Close to grapes with a hint of citrus. But like I said it's sweet enough to get over that. Can't quite catch a good comparison

This isn't really exotic... but its weird. Ever heard of the grapple? Some hybrid fruit of apples and grapes? I've actually got them at Walmart before and they definitely taste grapish while looking quite appley

I think we had the Atis out there was well, but the ouside does not look like I remember, like I remember them looking more like scales. But they were milky. It they are the same thing then I ate them wrong since I had no idea what I was supposed to do, so I think I ate the entire thing. The other fruit sounds interesting too, will have to try it.
Grapples are fun, have had them a few times.

Lanzones are great especially when they are ripe just enough... I like eating lots of them.. yumm! They tend to be exotic, depending on where you are. But some Oriental Supermarkets have them, especially those owned by Filipino-Chinese-Americans. But like that is easy to tell LOL We all look alike. LOL. But South East Asian Markets also have them. If the fruit is fully matured, the seeds are negligible so you can eat them and just let them out of your system later. If you get the big juicy ones, then the seeds will be like those of a grapes. Sadly there's no seedless version.
Atis has a LOT of seeds. I can take a chomp on the inside and spit atleast a dozen seeds before taking my next bite.
My favorite of all time though is still Avocado. Lots of good cholesterol (still cholesterol though) and tastes great. Make an instant desert by scooping or grating chunks of it, add milk and sugar. Voila! Avocado de Gatas
