:jester: LMAO! I'm sorry, I did it and was close to the screen when it happened, knocked my stool over falling backwards to get away. The worst part was watching it again, for some reason it was more frightening the second time LOL

You should not have said it was scary in the title, since it made it so I already knew what to expect due to their being so many of those things. But I did find what is wrong, which is very obvious. The person took a stationary image and the problem with it is that they for some reason thought that an image that is totally different and flashed on screen really fast with a super loud sound would not be noticed by people.

Well I was sitting there thinking it was a brain teaser, Waiting for it to change and become something else... then Wham! :cafinated:
Ok I can't watch scary movies alone.. I get too jumpy... And we are talking the suspenseful scary movies. Ok that means most of them !
I'm a wus..

Well those images still make me jump, even when I know something is going to happen, but I think it has more to do with the fact that I keep forgetting to turn the sound down. The image used on that one was nifty though, looked like some eyeball less head.

Ya, no eyes... That was the one thing that got me... If its either white eyes or no eyes and the shutter camera sequence.. scares the crap out of me...

Maybe next time you do one and fall out of your stool you will hit your head and make the image go away and thus not be scared.

you know I actually fell out of my chair the other night too now that I think of it and I still have no idea how I did either since I have a chair with the big base of arms with wheels on the ends. I think I was pushed by a ghost or something.

I've seen far too many of these, I was way too prepared. I didn't realize there was sound though, so I had my computer muted. It is possible I could have jumped if I heard the sound...
I don't believe in ghosts. Frankly, I don't believe in any sort of afterlife or soul, so I don't know how a ghost could live. Even though I don't believe in them, that doesn't stop me from getting scared or having nightmares or anything like that.
Zombies do exist though (at least in my mind)... but I won't really go into that.

I had two possible ghost encounters. One was minor where I was sleeping at a friends house here right after moving and I woke up, opened my eyes and swear I saw some sort of ragged floating woman that looked evil, but I blinked and it was gone. It all lasted like a second at most, so it could have been something in my eye, or a reflection. The other time was at a marriage retreat in cali at a church resort in the mountains. One morning my now ex left the room since she kept hearing what she said sounded like something going around her bed. Well I did not know she left but when she was gone I had thought somebody sat on the bed with me and brushed their hand across my forehead. Since I assume it was nice I decided that it was probably my mom.

Ack... Grrp...
Must ... find ... puffer ...
Okay, that was a good excuse to take my pulse. While I regain my wits, I will add one thing:
Don't ever do that again! Not ever.
Or else I will get my Battle Mage's voodoo doll and a meat tenderizer, and you know what happens then ...

I take it you have not seen many of those before then? They are good at waking you up though if needed.
